Yesterday, I was having a chat with my friend and he was very happy attending a week long training program.He said ” I am happy,..learning new things”.This was a casual conversation but the relation drawn between training & learning struck me.This is not a single case recently I have come across various situations where the terms learning and training are somewhat used quite interchangeably.I completely disagree with this.
